A LITTLE HELP
How can we help?
A few answers, so you can get back to deciding.
Coin flips are available now. AI, account and subscription features described below are being prepared for release.
Coin flips
Is flipping a coin free?
Yes. Coin flips are free and do not use AI credits. You can choose a coin or give its two sides your own options.
What do Heads and Tails mean?
They name the two sides of the coin. With custom choices, the mapping shown above the coin tells you which choice belongs to each side. Each toss is independent; previous results do not change the next toss.
What is a round?
Repeated flips stay in the same round. New round, a changed question or changed options starts a fresh round. Refreshing or leaving the page also starts fresh. This round shows totals and your most recent tosses.
AI decisions & credits
How do I ask a question?
Enter what you want to decide, add optional context, then choose Yes or No or compare 2–5 options. A coin can join decisions with exactly two options. For more than two options, use AI alone.
What does one credit cover?
One AI decision uses one credit. Flip again is free and keeps your AI result. Re-evaluate makes a new AI request and uses one credit. Viewing history or sharing a result does not make another AI request.
How many free decisions do I get?
When AI access is available, anonymous visitors can try up to 2 decisions in total. Your first Google sign-in adds 10 free credits. These are one-time allowances, not daily refills, and remain subject to service budgets and abuse checks.
Why am I asked to verify?
Verification helps protect the free trial. Submit your question normally; a short check appears only when needed. Closing the check keeps your draft. You can also use the free coin flip.
What does AI confidence mean?
It describes the model’s confidence in its choice, not the probability that the choice will work out in real life. The AI may suggest waiting when the context is insufficient. The coin is an independent random result.
What if a request times out?
Do not repeatedly submit the same question while a charge is pending. Check your credit balance. If the outcome stays unclear, note the request reference and contact us using the email below.
Plans & accounts
How do monthly and yearly credits work?
Starter includes 200 credits per subscription month; Plus includes 600. Yearly plans are billed once per year but issue credits monthly. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of their monthly credit period and do not roll over. See Plans for prices.
Where can I see my balance?
Select the credit icon and number in the top navigation to see available credits, pending credits and the next expiry. Account → Manage subscription shows your plan, paid-period end and, for yearly plans, the next monthly allowance.
How do I stop renewal?
Open Account → Manage subscription and choose Cancel renewal. Turning renewal off keeps the current paid period and existing credit expiry dates. It does not automatically refund a payment. Contact us for a billing or refund question.
Can I change my plan?
Plan changes are not available while a paid period is active. Your current subscription remains visible even after you turn renewal off.
History & sharing
What gets saved?
While signed in, your questions, AI results and coin tosses are saved automatically to private History. Repeated actions are grouped by round. Anonymous activity is not added to history when you sign in.
How do I delete history?
Open a round and choose Delete, or choose Clear history to remove all saved rounds across every filter. Confirm in the dialog. This cannot be undone and does not change credits or payment records.
Does sharing publish my question automatically?
No. Share controls appear after a result. You choose the content and style before downloading or sharing an image. Optional background context is not included in the image. Sharing currently does not award credits.
How do I request account help?
Email us from the address associated with your account and describe what you need. Account closure involving subscriptions or pending charges requires review so billing records and outstanding requests can be handled correctly.
