The story behind the coin

The Vermont quarter depicts maple trees, sap buckets and a person gathering sap, with Camel’s Hump in the background. FREEDOM AND UNITY appears beside the scene. Its reverse shows VERMONT and 1791 above the landscape, and 2001 below. This is a circulating commemorative 25-cent design. The images are the Mint’s uncirculated examples, paired by issue from its official page; they do not document a single worn coin taken from circulation.

Which side is heads?
